Your manuscript deserves nothing less than professional editing.
You’ve written the story. You’ve read it a hundred times, rewritten the opening a dozen more, and now you’re too close to see it the way a reader will. That’s not a flaw in your writing — it’s exactly the point where every author needs a second pair of eyes.
With 18+ years of editorial experience and a background in journalism, I help authors turn drafts into books — sharpening structure, tightening prose, and catching what your own eyes can no longer see. Not by rewriting your voice. By helping it come through clearly.
Why Authors Work With Me
- Editing That Respects Your Voice My job isn’t to make your manuscript sound like me. It’s to help it sound more like you, at its clearest and strongest.
- A Journalist’s Eye for Structure Nearly two decades of writing and editing means I know how to spot where pacing drags, where a scene doesn’t earn its place, and where the story loses its reader.
- Experience Across Genres From literary fiction to commercial novels to short story collections, I’ve edited manuscripts across genres and understand what each one demands.
- A Process Built on Trust You are the author. I only ever suggest changes — you decide what stays. Nothing gets rewritten without your say.
